Skill Assessment Potential candidates' skill levels are evaluated to ensure a high level of competency.  The tests may include reading comprehension, general mathematics, clerical assessments, etc. Drug Testing At the client's request, pre-employment drug testing is performed and the results are presented to the client.  We are a drug free workplace and random drug testing will be conducted. Credit History At the client's request, candidate credit history is examined and evaluated on a credit rating scheme. Criminal Background Check Potential candidates' arrest and traffic citation records are examined thoroughly by Reliable Associates, Inc.  (Note: unless otherwise instructed Reliable Associates, Inc. will not employee convicted felons).
